- This information is provided for the data: collected directly from the person concerned (Article 13, C.1 ) , collected by third parties (art. 13 , c . 4) , obtained from public registers, lists , deeds or documents available to anyone (Article 24 c . 1c ) to the extent and in the manner prescribed by the rules on their disclosure;
- The provision of data is compulsory according to the law, regulations, norms and conditioning the ability to effectively carry out its contractual obligations;
- Your refusal to answer will make it impossible to fulfill the contract ;
- The above information may be disclosed only to the categories of persons mentioned below: Postal Services or other mail delivery company, banks and lenders, debt collection companies, law firms, insurance companies, company maintenance / repair of computer equipment, professional or trade associations that provide us with certain accounting and / or tax etc. ;
